Negishio (Green onion and salt sauce) ネギ塩
Negishio is a topping sauce for meat that is commonly used in yakiniku (Japanese bbq).

- 100 grams Japanese negi (or green onion)
- 30 grams sesame oil
- 5 grams apple cider vinegar
- 15 grams honey
- 5 grams soy sauce
- 5 grams salt
- 2 grams black pepper
- 5 grams garlic
Mince the negi or green onion and add to a medium bowl.
Grate the garlic using a microplane or use a garlic press to make it into a paste. Add to the bowl.
Add the rest of the ingredients: sesame oil, apple cider vinegar, honey, salt and black pepper. Mix well.
Enjoy on top of meat, we recommend thin sliced beef or deep fried chicken!
