Instructions
Boil Eggs
Add water in medium sized pot and turn heat on high. Once water is boiled, grab 3 eggs straight out of the fridge (this is important) and add them to the water one by one. Let it boil uncovered for 8 minutes.
Prepare a bowl with ice and water to place the eggs in after they are boiled. Once 8 minutes have passed, take the eggs out of the pot into the ice bowl.
Let the eggs cool and peel off the shell. Place the eggs in a bowl.
Make the filling
Melt 5g of butter however you'd like. Then add the butter into the bowl with the mayonnaise, a pinch of salt, black pepper, Ajinomoto and mustard. Mix until you get the texture you desire.
Make the sandwich
With the remaining butter, spread it on one side of each piece of bread.
Put the filling on one piece of bread and the other piece of bread on the filling.
Combine and enjoy! Tip: wrap the sandwich in plastic wrap to make it a cleaner cut.
